At Esque Party and Event Solutions, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to be as flexible and fair as possible while ensuring we can continue to offer reliable service and reserve equipment for your special events.
1. Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental date and equipment. The remaining balance is due by the agreed-upon date listed in your rental agreement.
2. Cancellations

More than 14 days before event: You may cancel your reservation more than 14 days before your scheduled event and receive a refund of any payment made excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Less than 14 days before event: Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund. However, in some cases, we may offer a credit toward a future event (subject to availability and at our discretion).
3. Weather Policy
We understand that weather can be unpredictable. In the event of severe weather that makes it unsafe to set up or use our equipment, we will work with you to:

Issue a credit for a future rental
Refunds for weather-related cancellations are not guaranteed and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. Equipment Not Used
No refunds will be issued for rented items that were delivered but not used at the event.
5. Damage or Loss
Customers are responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of rented items. Refunds will not be issued for events cut short due to misuse or negligence.
